Cyber Labs partnered with Just in Time Group (JIT), a premier systems integrator in Sri Lanka, to deliver a full ISO/IEC 27001:2013 implementation. The project established a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with international standards and CBSL regulatory requirements.
Through a structured methodology of assessment, design, implementation, and operation, Cyber Labs conducted gap analyses, risk assessments, and developed governance frameworks to embed security controls across HR, IT, Legal, and Administration functions.
Policies, procedures, and Statements of Applicability (SoA) were created to ensure compliance, while training workshops and KPI dashboards supported continual improvement. Internal audits and certification assistance were provided, with Cyber Labs handholding JIT through the external audit process.
This initiative enhanced stakeholder trust reduced risks of information security incidents and positioned JIT as a leader in secure systems integration.
